Gogroopie. 21day delivery but 14 day cancellation. Can't contact. Panic

I ordered 3 komobot robotic vacuums at around £60 each. I redeemed the vouchers the same day I got them, and it said 21 days for delivery. But now it's past that and I checked my Gogroopie account and it shows my vouchers as expired not as redeemed. I have sent many emails but they say it could take a week to respond to emails, so now I am panicking. These were for Christmas presents and I can't afford to lose that amount of money. Where can I go for help? It says I could only cancel within 14 days of redeeming the vouchers but if delivery is 21 days how could I have done that. I'm furious and upset at the same time. These companies ought to be forced to provide a phone number!
