Need to replace sky box

Our sky box keeps throwing up errors and the remote control is temperamental at best. It is several years old now. What is the best way to get a new one? I'm sure I found a shop on the sky website previously to just buy the hardware but I can't find it now and recall it being quite expensive. I am coming up to the end of…

First check your signal strength and make sure it isn't a problem with dish alignment or damp in the connections. If the remote is playing up it is fairly easy to dismantle it and clean the circuit board under the buttons.
Look on youtube for instructions.
