Best Tablet with SIM card/phone capability?

Hi,
Pls can anyone suggest the best tablet with a reasonable size screen but which can accept a Three SIM card and make/receive phone calls?
The only one I know is the Samsung Galaxy Note - and then it seems you have to buy the American version of this so not sure if it would work here?
What has prompted me to look is I am on an old Three One Plan which used to allow uncapped tethering but this is now changing. Tethering to a laptop was my main/only internet source as I don't have a landline/broadband.
When Three change things, using just a mobile phone as main internet source won't work as the screen is too small. Ideally the replacement "phablet" should have good storage capacity too.
If any one can recommend anything I'd be very grateful. Many thx in advance.

why do you need to buy from US?? UK sell it..
Other than samsung note 4, also look at Asus zenfone 6, HTC 816, Nokia 15200
