First time buyer, energy supplier compare
Hi
I've been having a look through various threads and none seem to answer my question. I know the postcode of the house I'm moving to but no idea of what usage I might have, current energy costs or how to estimate my usage.
Wondered if you had any advice? I'm keen to switch to the lowest tariff....
Thanks

There are numerous pages online with average industry use for low/medium/high users, but if you would like a more specialised quote, phone any supplier (other than the one you are with), and ask for a quote. As you do not have any usage figures for the property, they are actually obligated to provide an estimate gas and electricity figure based on the property type, heating type, number of occupants, year of build etc. When the figure has been generated, they should read back the figure to you, if not just ask for it.0

Current energy costs are listed on every suppliers tariff .
It does not really matter what your usage will be in the future all you want now is to compare tariff costs .
Please remember DD shown are estimates it may be raised dependant upon your actual usage .0
