Hello all, read a few posts here and looking for a bit of advice regarding a Notice to Keeper my wife received today.
My wife goes to an evening yoga class, which had just moved to a new location, she parked outside a business with marked parking bays, beside other cars at about 7.20. When she came out at about 21.10 there was only her can and white audi with a man sat in it. The man approached here when she walked to the car and she felt very intimidated, he mumbled something about already issuing a ticked. There was a discussion about how my wife was told that it was fine to park there and the man walked off without putting the notice on the car.
The signage is small and would be neigh on impossible to see in the dark but I'm particularly angry that he was waiting for her to come back to the car late at night in an out of the way location.
I can share the location via streetview if anyone is interested but I'd like some advice as to how I should approach the complaint/appeal with these criminals.
