Credit where credit is due.
Phoned British Gas this morning at 7 am to report a faulty
Hot water cylinder.
Promised a engineer visit between 8am and 1pm.
Arrived at 09.30 then left to get a new circuit board, back at 10.30 with a new board and all up and running by 11am.
Now that's what I call service.
Excellent.
Well done BG.
