I was given to believe they were produced after the 6 month review. However I phoned them last week and as advised will be another few months.

    I joined on the 2 April 2014.

They took over my supply on the 1st October. I put a reading in online 1st November and they had taken the DD by 5th November.

Very efficient also with me when I moved across from NPower and I have been submitting monthly meter readings.

Just wondered when I would get a bill as I joined them late March/early April.

They are normally excellent at collecting the dd each month!
