I got an assignment sent back to me to fix, will this increase my mark?

    Probably as if you need to 'fix' it then it may well not be meeting the pass criteria at present.

    I got 55%. I dont know why it was sent back to me. I hope the assignment will get a new mark.

    when I was a student with the Ou I sent in my assignments - which they then sent back so I could see my grade and feedback?

    This would allow me to see specific comments - such as you needed to use capital letters to talk about the Children Act for example - and more general comments such as your referencing here - needed work etc...

    I didn't get to re write them - but I could look at this feedback and use it to help me with my next assignments I don't know of things have changed - but it sounds as though you got it back to see the feedback.

    I'm an OU student and basically when a tutor has requested something I've done it regardless of whether it will get me more points. On my first opening course with the OU a tutor requested I did an extra essay. (Most unusual.) I was pretty cheesed of about it, especially since I suffer from CFS. I did as requested and put it down to gaining more experience.
