parking charge notice from Premier parking solutions

Hi
Please can someone give advice on the parking charge from Premier Parking Solutions (PPS) sent to my boss, the vehicle in question is a works van. I was parked in a space, and I had brought a parking ticket from the machine, after an hour later I received a parking ticket on the windscreen. Since then I have received parking charge for £100.
Do I pay it or not? I have read the rest of the treads but still confused.
Just to mention that above the parking space that I had parking in (situated in a pay and display carpark) there was a sign stating
"WBW SOLICITORS, PERMIT HOLDERS ONLY- monday-sunday.
NO pay and display parking at any time"
Thanks

To clarify were you in a private car park within or adjacent to another P&D car park?
You bought (not brought) a ticket for the P&D car park but that was of no use since you were not in the P&D car park?0 -

The parking space I had parked in was within a pay and display car park in Exeter, and the sign (mentioned) was above the parking space of which I parked in (which was the only parking space displaying the sign mentioned, out of around 10 other parking spaces within that pay and display car park.).

The keeper could win this as the NTK won't be compliant. You would struggle on the signage point but there are other points. So write as the keeper, not saying who was driving (as I assume the boss passed the letter to you?). See the newbies thread for the first appeal to use or adapt.undouk2002 wrote: »Hi
