Scs furniture company advice needed

In April this year we ordered a 3 piece suite from SCS. The furniture arrived after 10 weeks, damaged and two incorrect pieces. We argued for a brand new one and eventually they caved in and agreed to send a new one. After another 12 weeks the new one arrived. Also damaged! After much debate they gave us the option of choosing an alternative model which we did. They agreed we could keep the second one until the new one came. It arrived a few days ago after 14 weeks!! It was incorrect upon arrival. We ordered chrome legs and it came with brown legs. We refused delivery and the manager has just rung to say he will order us another set of correct legs but that will take another 4 weeks. We are left with the original sofa and although it's fine to sit on we feel that this service has been embarrassing to say the least. Does anyone think we can ask for so e money off by way if compensation as we have been treated unfairly. If so us there a template to assist?
