Is it worth paying one for another

Options
Hi I have a Credit Card that is zero on balance transfers.
I recently put my catalogue bill on it of £1200.

I also have another card that if I pay it straight away I do not pay interest.

As I have put the catalogue bill onto this card and its not a balance transfer, would it help me to pay x3 lots of £500 to the zero balance credit card and transfer it back x 3 so that it cancels the catalogue shopping out and becomes all 0%. Would that work??

Depends on a lot of additional information....

What is the APR on the first card (the one that has the £1200 purchase on it)?

Is this the only balance on card 1?

What is the balance transfer fee for card 2?
What is the balance transfer fee for card 1?

Is the limit on card 2 £500? (if not then why 3 lots of £500)?

How much will you be repaying a month to the debt?
Will you be putting any further purchases on either card before the existing balance is paid off?
