How to enter & cost of entry:

To enter this Prize Draw, simply submit your name and information via:

· PRTS Phone - call 09041 61 99 99 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to thirty seven (37) entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive an additional, third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). Thereafter, with each subsequent entry from the same phone number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. This can be repeated to reach the thirty seven (37) entries per phone number limit. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send an SMS text with or without the keyword WIN to 82336. The keyword is not required information so SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged; up to thirty seven (37) entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the Prize Draw via SMS a second time using the same mobile number. Entrants who send a second SMS text using the same mobile number to 82336 by the closing date and time will receive an additional, third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second SMS text). Thereafter, with each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. This process may be repeated to reach the thirty seven (37) entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s chargeable SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.

· Post – send your entry on a postcard or on or within an envelope to TMG 46, PO Box 7558, Derby, DE1 0NQ. Entries received on anything other than a postcard or envelope will not be accepted. In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted. The Promoter and producers bear no responsibility for any entry that is incorrectly submitted, lost or received after the closing date, or damaged in any way.



For the purposes of this Prize Draw, the 30 entries in Clause 7.3 of the General Terms shall be deleted and replaced with 40 entries.



Prize:



There is one (1) prize (the “Prize”) consisting of:



a) Cash:



A cheque for £25,000 (twenty five thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.



b) Amazon vouchers:



A gift card(s) to spend online at https://www.amazon.co.uk worth £5,000 (five thousand pounds) (fifty (50) gift cards in the sum of £100 (one hundred pounds) each) (the “gift card”). The value of any monetary balance of the gift card may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative prize. The gift card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The gift card will be valid for ten (10) years from the date of issue. This element of the Prize includes:

The Prize also includes delivery to the winner's home address. The Prize excludes any associated costs and expenses which may be incurred in taking up the Prize including but not limited to any supplementary products and services, installation or removal of existing products and transportation (other than delivery of the Prize to the winner’s home address). The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturers and/or suppliers as relevant. Packaging may have been opened prior to delivery to the winner for filming purposes.

The Prize is time critical and the winner will be contacted on either Friday 21 November 2014 or Monday 24 November 2014 in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.

.2. Time critical: Where the prize must be taken up within 3 months of the close date of the competition, the competition will be considered “time critical”. As a winner needs to be found before the time to take up the prize passes, the interaction information will indicate the date when the winner will be contacted and the Promoter will contact such winner on the phone number (or other method of contact (if appropriate)) they provided, calling three times in a three-hour daytime period or as indicated in the interaction information.
