Are these people running a scam company ?
Any advice welcome.....

    Not sure why you have choosen budgeting and bank accounts for this topic? My advice try another section of the forum's :)

    however a quick google would also get you the information you are seeking :)

    It is just that there are differing reports on-line that seem to indicate that it is a company to avoid
    Such as CREDIT ACCOUNTS being set up - without a request and then defaults being made !!
    There appears to be no way to just order and pay on the spot... ?

    Thats right. They quite clearly tell you that you have to open credit account.
    I have used them about 4 years ago to purchas something and opened credit account with them and about year or so later closed it by email without any issues.
