I spoke too soon- mine has gone peculiar now. My home page is now the selling manager summary and I can't move past that whatever option I choose.

I am trying to show a customer what items I have in her size and when I click on the item IN MY OWN SHOP it is now showing her mine but 'items similar to'. !!!!!!!!!???

I've merged two threads for clarity.

Maybe they have realised the c*ck up they have made of not being able to refund one item in a multiple order and are changing it back.
It's now run by clowns and monkeys. If I treated my customers this way then I would no doubt have Trading Standards on my back. Why do they get away with it??0 -
This is pretty shocking actually. I can get the customers info from Paypal luckily. Think I will do my Amazon orders first and come back to Ebay in the hope that it will be fixed!0
