Neutral - Not What I Wanted

I know it's not the end of the world, but I was left neutral feedback today.
She said "Not what I wanted".
Why buy something that you don't want? I clearly stated what it was, it was a make up item and I had clear photos etc.
Is this something normal that people do?

Go on Live Chat and tell them that the person did not contact you to allow you to have the opportunity to fix the problem. You should get it removed and any low stars. Do not ring though. Live Chat seems to be staffed by people in the Far East who aim to please.0

I just escaped today with a positive fortunately, but with a comment of
"Item good, delivery took too long!"
The auction stated a 2 day dispatch time and a 3-5 day courier. Item was ordered 9PM on the 3rd of Nov and was signed for at 4PM on the 6th!
Ebay estimated arrival time 8th-11th.
• The rich buy assets.
• The poor only have expenses.
• The middle class buy liabilities they think are assets.

Not the end of the world but it is a defect.
Try as has been suggested, to get livechat to remove it.0 -
Mrcol100 thank you so much for your sound advice. Contacted Livechat tonight- took ages because had been given a neutral buy a buyer who I had opened a case against for non payment. All he put was`ok` and a neutral
All removed now and sooo relieved and pleased- thank you for posting.0 -
At least you small sellers on here who get your feedback removed are the caring ones. If you are a big unscrupulous seller, you would probably like bad feedback which just says "waited 2 weeks" and "item not needed" because it obscures all the real comments about the item itself like "item fell apart in seconds, not fit for purpose."Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected.0

I've had the same thing happen to me, just ignored them and didn't give them a positive.0
