Wall mounted fire

Hi, I have a DeLonghi Dante wall mounted fire. For a few months now the flame effect is just about flickering. Do I need a new motor for it or if it was a motor problem then there would be no flicker at all? Thanks

Looks like it's a problem with the floggle toggle.
    Probably needs a new metagobuliser.
That gum you like is coming back in style.

Flame effects can be different but most of the ones I've seen are fabric with slits blown by a small fan. You'd need to take it to bits to see what the problem is.
