Crowdcube exit

I am seriously considering investing up to 5% of my investment portfolio over to equity crowdfunding over time - namely via Crowdcube.

Given the advantageous tax benefits around SEIS qualified ventures and the tax break associated to losses as well, I really want to give it a try to diversify my portfolio.

One question I still have is around the exit strategy. Given that there is no secondary market for crowdcube investments yet, is the only possible exit the listing on the stock exchange (AIM) or the acquisition of the start-up by a bigger player?

If so, how do I get paid, get my money back, or when would I be able to sell my shares?

Thanks for any light you can shed on that subject
