Junk emails from 'Supermarkets' - not

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the emails that are coming into my junk mail supposedly from the main supermarkets but with 'changing email addresses' so blocking them doesn't help as the next one has a different email address. So far I have been deleting them but they are increasing in number and I wondered if there was a solution.
Thanks.:D
Thanks.:D

More suited for Techie Stuff forum.
1. Unsubscribe, if email coming from "supermarkets" official email address.
2. Mark as spam.
3. If from any domain I don't expect anything from, I usually block everything from that domain so that anything from that domain goes directly to trash.
3. Create a separate email address that you use for "subscriptions, deals, vouchers, surveys, etc. etc.". Never use your regular personal email address for such purposes.0 -
Use gmail - it puts these straight into spam for me
You could also create a rule that says something like if email from tesco* but not @*tesco* (i.e. appears in first part of address not the second)0 -
Thanks for the replies but doesn't help unfortunately. The emails go straight into junk and cannot be blocked in full or unsubscribed. I have tried everything I can think of so it looks like all I am left with is to delete until they get fed up with sending them.0

1. In the email filter rules, choose "delete permanently" option (if available) instead of "move to junk / spam".
2. Include the domain in the blacklist.
If your email client doesn't allow you do the above (block senders / domains), switch to one that allows you to!0 -

The problem, spending time in deleting said emails after double checking the spam file just in case.
Leave your email address here and you will see why, by getting over 8 million reply's from this forum, which you will have to read.

The idea of mail going to a spam/junk folder is that you don't read it. The only time I look in my spam folder is in the very rare occasion that somebody asks why I ignored their email, or I haven't received a message I was expecting. I think that happens only about once a year.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards. Why waste time to check "email" to see if a " reply has been posted on a forum"? Check the forum directly for any replies received.
You'll save more money / time!!:T0 -

Me too.
And / or also using the "preferred personal email address" for such purposes (forums, vouchers, deals, etc. etc.).
No dearth of free email providers allowing you to create unlimited email ids to suit your "multifarous" needs!!0
