Need advice on consent order and finance pks

Very grateful for any info you can help with.
Husband and I divorcing after finding out about his affair. Everything is in his name, to the point where we don't even have joint bank account.
We agreed a financial settlement but there are some parts im not in agreement with. Namely that upon receipt of funds, I have to leave the house within 7 days, I cant buy anywhere until I have funds do how can I go within 7 days?
Basically what I want to know is, can he release funds before the consent order is signed off by the court? If everything is agreed and we are only waiting for the judge to approve it I mean? I'm disabled, I won't get a mortgage so need to buy somewhere outright. I've seen an affordable flat but I can't do anything with it till I have funds :(

7 days from receipt f funds is unrealistic. One option might be t provide for a lump sum in installments - the first part on the order being approved (to allow you to pay a deposit) and the balance a bit later - maybe 'on or before' a set date, with an agreement that you move out of the proeprty 7 days after getting that second payment.

Timing will depend on what you need to do in terms of buying a new property, but even if there is no chain you may need 6-8 weeks for all your searches etc.

It would be possible for him to provide the money before the order is agreed, but it would potentially be risky for him to do so, as you could then change your mind.

Once you sign the order and it goes to court it would be hard for you to change it, so do not sign until you have sorted out this issue.

Have you seen a solicitor to check the proposed agreement?
