ok , for the MAJORITY of users the tool I have suggested is easier to use.
and don't forget removing the el,cfg file makes a disk multi version

Easier to use than what?? You clearly have no idea as to what the rest of us are discussing.
As to the nonsense of "removing the 'el,cfg file(sic)'....it's a good thing that you are "out of here".
Simply put, not all of the editions are on a single image. So the removal of an existing EI.cfg would likely serve only to make it necessary to enter a specific key for for the purpose of installation, as opposed to your suggestion that it would become 'multi-version'.
For instance, no adaptation of the EI.cfg file will allow the Core and Pro SKU image to activate correctly to a machine with a CoreConnected(Windows 8 with BING) licence. That edition is not on the image in the first place.

As to your idea of a USB creation tool.......why?0 -

One of the options given by the Microsoft Windows Installation Media Creation Tool is to build a USB install.
As I found out, Windows 8.1 seams to see a lot of USB pendrives as 'mass storage devices' instead or 'Pendrives'. This causes the WIMT to report 'No USB Device found'.Never Knowingly Understood.
