A company contacted me to contest my credit card agreement.
They want a few hundred £s and I declined!
I was wondering if I could contest it like PPI myself.?

Somewhat. As they could still trash your credit record, even if the debt was unenforceable.
That may not be the case in some circumstances any more since a recent Court of Appeal ruling.
