Multiple savings accounts (ie Christmas, home insurance etc)

Which savings provider offers the best savings rate and allows you to have more than one savings account (to save regularly for different things, ie Christmas, home insurance etc) and make withdrawals without incurring a penalty?

Your best "savings" account is a TSB Plus current account at 5% AER. Keep a spreadsheet (e.g. Google spreadsheet) to control your allocation to any number of pots. Withdrawals are obviously free, and there is no notice period.

I don't understand having accounts with loads of different sub accounts. ING used to do it.
As above put into one account and do an excel spreadsheet of allocations.
