can anyone advise me on what to do now.
What you do can depend on whether you want to just get rid of this or take it further.
You possibly had grounds to have judgment set aside earlier on and ask for a new hearing. Now you may need to apply for a variation order for the judge to look at it again. The problem with that is that it costs money unless you are in receipt of certain benefits or receive a low income. It would cost about £50 depending on the court, so you'd be better off paying £25 if you have to pay.
No one on here can really help, unless they're a lawyer willing to look over your papers and work for free. So best is to get advice as mentioned..0
