I have received a notice today as the registered keeper of the vehicle from the UK Parking Patrol Office saying that on 03/11/2014 at the location '' 1315 - Roads surrounding Newcastle Airport, Woolsington - Roads surrounding airport, Entrance & exit points to car parks, Newcastle Airport, Woolsington, NE13 8BZ '' has been issued this notice for the alleged contravention of ''Dropping Off/picking Up In a Restricted Area''. I was picking my wife up from the airport at the time, I saw her approaching from the airport terminal and stopped to pick her up outside the Hilton Hotel, I was only stopped about 10 seconds. There is a photo on the notice showing a time of 19.53, however the time stated on the notice shows 6.53 pm.
As this is a Parking Charge Notice Number and not a penalty charge notice am I legally bound to pay this charge of £60 which rises to £100 after 28 days.

At the top of the right hand column, under where it says 'HOW TO CONTACT US', you should see Forum Jump. Click on go and then look down the list until you see 'Newbies'0
