I was only with them for a month as my energy supplier whilst I switched to another supplier. I received my final bill before the actual switch had been completed and I was sent to a debt collection agency within 2 weeks of receiving it. I would not use this company for anything and would be wary of entering into any agreement with them. Their customer service when I queried being contacted by a debt collection agency was "well if you'd paid the bill we wouldn't have passed it over". Too ready to pass to debt collections and a non-existent form of customer service. I work in service and I was made angry by them!
