Successful Appeal

Thanks to all the brilliant advice on this forum I have managed a successful appeal against an outrageous parking fine issued by Armtrac (part of KBT) in Falmouth.
The appeal went to POPLA and was upheld as the £100 was not deemed a genuine pre estimate of loss.
Thanks to all who have contributed to the newbies FAQ threads and similar, this forum is a great resource against the bullying tactics of these cowboy parking companies. I hope as many people as possible who are issued these charges find their way here and are not intimidated into paying such large sums for such small offences. It made my blood boil receiving this fine and I hate to think of anyone else in the same situation.
Thanks once again, and if anyone would like me to add my appeal letter etc onto the site I will be happy to oblige.
