Pop ups pretending to be from MSE!

Keep getting pop ups pretending to be from MSE despite using FF & Adblock, any clues, thanks.

sounds like you have a virus/worm/trojan
it's a common complaint and malwarebytes usually picks it up0 -
Ive run MB & removed crud, but its still doing it, pop ups galore ive got all the FF blockers, adblock plus etc enabled! It seems to have stemmed from FF updating itself (I didnt request this!)
One of the pests is called "AppEnable"0 -
AppEnable now removed from progs, fingers crossed!0
