Can I use a 23 year old complimentary ticket?

I was just sorting through some collectables from 1991 when I found a complimentary ticket for the Science Museum offering free child entry with a paying adult. It says it is in association with Royal Mail Stamps but there is no date on it by which it must be used.
If I wanted to use it could it be refused?

Stick it on ebay... someone will offer you a couple of pound for it.0
