parkingeye CCJ

I have just found out that I have a CCJ thanks to parkingeye (issued March 2014) for a parking charge Nov 2013, I'd moved house because of health issues, changed the address on my driving licence but not the V5 so the post went to my old address. I've talked to a couple of solicitors who have said that the easiest thing would be to ask PE to request set aside and offer to pay the £165 charge and the £50 court fee. Any suggestions???? Has anyone else tried this route? How do I word the request to PE?
Thanks for any help.

How about searching and reading all the other threads like this recently? Search for 'set aside' as keywords (use 'search this forum' next to 'forum tools' on page one of this forum above the top thread). But our advice is NOT to pay the scum £165 but instead pay the Court £155 then defend. Your version from your solicitors means you still have the CCJ you know! Our version means you don't and also means you might win and be able to apply for the £155 back from PE if you win.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
