leaving TalkTalk - equipment

I'm switching from TalkTalk to Sky soon, got the letter from TalkTalk to acknowledge they were contacted by Sky. There is no mention re: the Youview box and the router, what do I do with these, do I need to send them back to them? Or is there a recycle centre where I could send them? Thanks!

Does anyone know about this? I have not received anything from TalkTalk regarding their box and router.

I did get the final bill and requested a refund online.

If they want the equipment back, they will send you a returns bag. If not, they won't. You can prompt them, if you like.

I came out of contract with them for TV, and they never asked for the Youview box back - I am still using it.

If you don't want the old equipment, try Freecycle/Freegle or Gumtree, as some people have equipment that breaks down but can't get a free replacement.
