Hi like most people we really want to know if we should purchase from" cha" i initially have purchased from them but not processed payment, with in a short time i have recieved a phone call from "Mr Cha" he has said that he is a business( after asking some questions) and to check companies house no SC491751 which i have done and was incorperated on 21/11/2014. ... his testermonials seem !!! but has any one actually purchased from this person. All im after is fact.
  • Am expecting delivery today! Will let you know what happens.
  • Delivery promised Thurs around 5pm. No show.
Contacted C.E. they replied saying that they have already contacted their refund department and I will be hearing from them shortly.
    I somehow doubt it.
    My advice. Don't touch them.

Do not use these scamming !!!!!!s. I was promised my delivery of an oven that never arrived. As for getting your money back forget it. They tell you that Truste will deal with your refund but it never happens. Truste are a genuine bona fida company but have no connection to Cha Electronics. Had this investigated with my bank and the bank which you pay your payment to but they had already taken the money out so I could not be refunded. All their so called registrations are false. All their reviews are false. They are registered with Company House but that means nothing. The bank has shut the account down but no doubt they will have set another one up somewhere else. The phone number is a UK landline number but goes abroad. It shows up as international when they call you. They come across as genuine as they answer the phone and emails to start with until you try to get your money back. Then you get nothing.

  • Has any one found any more details about this company Samsung UHD8500 AT £1579 WOW great deal but are they or they are ?
  • They ate con merchants robbed £2500 from me, what goes around comes around they will see.
  • I would like to confirm that cha electronics are scammers, I know this because I have just lost £1545 for a 4k TV. What's so annoying is that they are still running on google. They are also contactable via phone. They first told me that my TV had been delivered to a wrong address this happened 4 times, until I finally asked for my money back, this also never happened. They eventually blocked my phone number, so i would have to ring them using another phone. Do not use them!!!
  • I can also confirm its a scam the name registered at companies house has a director called adrien bacot who aparently is french and the scam seems to be growing they also have a page on facebook
  • Just been to the CHA Electronics shop supposedly at 639 Great Western Rd Glasgow G12 8RE to view a fridge/freezer before purchasing as I was visiting Glasgow from South East England, this shop DOES NOT exist at this address as it is now a wedding cake shop and formerly a Turkish barbers.

The owner/manager is having a constant stream of people coming in looking for CHA Electronics as these customers have not received their goods even though they have paid for them.

I had rung the telephone number given on the web site with no reply. As I was leaving the area I received a call from a number showing 0141 416 7433 but it was obviously a VOIP call. I said I was looking for their shop and this Indian sounding guy insisted it was at the address given so I told him I was actually outside this address and there was no CHA Electronics there as it was a wedding cake shop - 'impossible' he said. "Just in case your in the wrong area try our other shop at 146 Trongate in the centre of town" so I went there to find a mobile phone shop with a very nice Indian gentleman VERY FRUSTRATED that he is being visited by many people demanding goods they haven't received.

He has reported it to the 'internet fraud site' but nothing has happened. His little corner shop, unfortunately, has the same company name.

Fortunately I have had a lucky escape as I was about to place an order on the internet site for over £1500 but happened to be passing so called in to visit this fictitious shop.

The prices for all goods are very enticing but are all a SCAM - on the advice of the two people who own the shops they say they are based in - DO NOT BUY FROM CHA ELECTRONICS
