Ah, you haven't received your card yet. Have you actually been told that your credit limit will be £1200? Providers often (always?) use £1200 as an example figure in their advertising.Thanks everyone. I guess once I receive my card I'll just give them a call and see what they say. Hadnt thought about that to be honest. The original deal said 1200 and thats what was stated in the tc when i signed up. Maybe it will be higher. Another card i hold has a limit of 1700. Fingers crossed.0 -

Yep, just an illustration.
CCs never (in my experience) tell you the limit until your application has been accepted. The limit is based on scoring.0 -

yeah it will likely be higher than £1200.. mine stated that example figure but came through a £9100
