Terms And Conditions

1. Open to all UK residents aged 18 years and over, except employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its agencies, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. To enter the draw, please complete the registration form to sign up to Stick Cricket. All forms will be entered into a Free Prize Draw to win Free Marston’s Pedigree for a year.
4. One lucky winner will be selected at random from all entries.
5. The prize consists of 365 x 500ml cans of Marston’s Pedigree.
6. The winner will be notified by telephone or email within 7 days of the closing date and the prize delivered within 28 days.
7. The draw will be undertaken by a person that is independent of the promoter. This decision is final and binding in all matters connected to the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The closing date for receipt of entries is 10/08/2007.
9. No cash or alternative prizes are available.
10. The winners must be willing to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this competition once the promotion has finished.
11. 14 days after the prize draw closing date the winner’s name and county will be available from the promoter (address below) on receipt of a stamped addressed envelope.
