How do I report www.looking4dvds.com?

I don't know who I should report this company to. They took payment for a DVD on 18/02/05 and said it was in stock. They charged me £10.00

The DVD is now on their site for £27.00

I have sent 3 e-mails (no reply)

I have rung on 6 occasions (each time the voice mailbox is full)

It's only a tenner, but I need to do something.

Have contacted Trading Standards. Might go round there - only live nearby.

Trading Standards aware of the company. Sent a letter asking for refund. Sent loads of e-mails now and left message on the residential number (the "customer service" number always says "memory full")

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS A SCAM

If you live nearby I would go around for a nice chat They maybe not be so likely to rip people off face to face
