Scottish power - not taken DD this month
Is this something i should be concerned about?
I noticed that Scottish power have not taken their DD for this month, for me should it go out on the 1st (3rd because of weekend)
has anyone else had similar?
Im not massively worried about it at this moment, as im a fair bit in credit, but i shall keep an eye on it.

This happens from time to time. EDF occasionally 'forgot' but at least they had the courtesy to write. It is worth checking your Bank's website (if you have one). My Bank usually shows all DD payments when the request for payment has been received - usually a few days before payment is made. If you are worried about your DDs going up then just make a payment for the amount due to your supplier. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Bit of further digging, I (like many others probably) will have switched to the Dec 2015 tariff at the beginning of October.
I have also confirmed with my parents who also switched and they have the same issue.
When i got the docs for this (dated 21st) that included a change in DD amount, it said the first payment of the new amount will be 1st December.
So it does seem that its maybe a "bug" in their systems that they just haven't taken the November payment.0
