You can get, a spray or a cream. Even a shower gel i use when had a bad fall.
Or the tiny little tablets.

Lost 3lbs :j. So did DH and we were joint Slimmers of the Week.
Well done on the 1lb loss beanie, and thank you for Grandma’s birthday wishes. I’ve spoken to her today but will see her tomorrow.
