Yesterday was a NSD. Through necessity almost rather than just choice, as money feels very tight just now. Hopefully today will be a NSD too. I think this is one of the main things getting me down, as I feel I have lost control recently. I’m panicking about having enough spends for Florida, but also just having enough to live on too

I am trying not to whinge and be less negative :cool:. It’s sort of working....
Yesterday was another NSD :T. Today I spent £38 on food shopping. It probably won’t last too long but it will eek out what we already have.
Emmerdale is bringing back lots of memories of how DH was after his accident now Rebecca has woken up in hospital. I know it’s not real, but it’s being done very well. Having to go over and over things, finally thinking you are getting through, and then right back to square one with everything forgotten the next day :eek:.

I made a decision to just concentrate on the things I can change and forget the rest, it's working well so far.
