  • The duvet didn’t dry in time so DH had the spare single duvet on his side of the bed and I had the empty duvet cover folded over like a double sheet :rotfl:. T’was freezing! It’s definitely dry for tonight though.

    Do you have sleeping bags?

We have 2 and they come in very handy for when duvets need a wash (usually because either the cat or dog has done something:mad:).

Our sleeping bags are great as when you wash them they are practically dry when they come out of the machine so easy to reuse if the duvet takes more than a day or two to dry.

A sleeping bag might be cheaper than a duvet and you might get one in the sales as it is now winter.

Hi ladies (Tuna it’s lovely to know you are still around!),

I hadn’t even thought about sleeping bags :o. We have some in the loft, so shall hunt them out and find somewhere more accessible to keep them. Thank you both Xx

Happy Friday to you both too!.

It’s been a good day overall. Slightly disappointed at chub club this morning as I ‘only’ lost half a pound. Still, I’ve averaged 3lbs per week over the last 6 weeks so can’t be too disappointed.

Meal tonight was gorgeous!! Feel very lucky to have been invited. We are all stuffed for the grand total of £9 spent on drinks. Will definitely go back to the restaurant when it’s up and running properly Xx

I enter lots of competitions SA and seem to have dry spells for months at a time. Then all the wins come along at once! Like buses!

Hope it wasn’t too awful at A&E today Xx

  • DH just had another partial seizure, 4th one this month :(. I know it’s better than the days when he was having full TC seizures at the same rate, but it’s still not much fun.

Missy H has been of all her epilepsy drugs for a while now and touch wood her seizures have stayed away, she has started having migraines though, must remember to mention it to her consultant next time we go.

Your meal out sounds lovely! I am trying to cook more "eating out" type of meals as I miss going out to eat. picked up some steaks in aldi and they were suprisingly good quality and very tastey! and 1/3rd of the price of the farm shop :o
