Lost another 2.5lbs at fat club and got my stone award. 16.5lbs in 4 weeks! Quite proud of that.

Thanks Hairy. I feel a bit brighter today. Didn't say so on here, but I'd entered into what I thought was a healthy debate on Faceache, but the other person (relative) got nasty and it really shocked me. I let it bother me more than it should, and thinking about it now that was probably half the problem yesterday.
