Hobbling in to say hi
.
Restarted my SW journey today. Need to lose weight to help feet, boost confidence and feel healthier. No reason not to really. Got DH to take some 'before' photos and they are truly awful , so if I feel I'm waivering I can look at those and get back on track.
DS1 has his mate here tonight for a sleepover, and I took them trampolining earlier (with a buy one get one free voucher :money:) and bought them a pizza (also buy one get one free :money:). I resisted pizza, so first diet hurdle avoided!

Hi Lucky, I've just subscribed to your diary.
My mum had your foot problem a few years ago ( can't attempt to spell it

Hi Hairy! Welcome
.
I've been wearing FitFlops as recommended by physio, but as the weather is changing I'm going to have to use the insoles in closed shoes I think. I wasn't aware you could be prescribed them though, I'll ask the dr when I see him, thank you.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Sleepover went well, and all was quiet by 1am :T. Friend had tennis leason early doors, so his Dad picked him up at 9am. We pretty much chilled the rest of the day, and a NSD was had :j. Feet still rubbish despite hardly walking at all yesterday
.
Today won't be a NSD as I need some shopping, but hopefully we will manage some more next week, as yesterday was the first this month so far

Ask for a referral to orthotics as they should be able to help

Actually although the doctor recommended them I think my mum had to order and buy the insoles herself. I seem to recall that they were quite expensive but they did help. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Mr Lucky has been zapped of energy today, so it's been a day in the house so far apart from dropping the boys off at school. This has worked out well for my planned NSD though, and fingers crossed that continues for the rest of the day.
So I'm a week into being 39 - 51 weeks until 40. I'd like to lose 107lbs (). Going to put this in my signature, as it will hopefully then become a goal not a dream!
14 weeks until the dreaded C word. Need to start thinking about that too
