And just because I'm never allowed a day all about me, DS2 has just gone deathly pale and says he feels sick, at the same time as DH having a partial seizure :( Xx

Oh Lucky You won't regret getting Oakley. I was dead against getting a dog but gave in to Mr SA 4 years ago, best thing we ever did. She kept me going through the bad times and still does believe me. I regret not getting a dog when my kids were young, your boys will have so much fun with him xx

They are totally in love with him SA. It's the first time I've truly seen DS1 thinking of someone else first before himself!

DS2 dosed up on calpol and tucked into bed. DH seems 'ok' now Xx

DS1 is 12 today :T, and most put out that he has to go to school, not only on his birthday, but with a new puppy at home too!!

DS2 is off school poorly, which has only added to DS1's frustrations. Think it's a virus. He hasn't been sick.

DH is very tired and disconnected.

Pup slept all night again :j.

Got family coming for a party tea later, assuming they'll still come with DS2 being ill. Spent my last pennies on food, so if not at least we won't go hungry!!

Happy Birthday to DS1 Oh dear he'll be hitting the terrible teens next year! Hope your other boys feel better soon. Oakley sounds like a good dog so far - bless him.

Afternoon all! Don't know where the days are going this week!

DH has been up and down. He had several myoclonic seizures in bed last night and kept thumping me in my back :eek:. It got rather tedious after the 15th time .... He's been quite stressed and angry too, don't think he's coping well with having to think about the puppy's needs etc. He can't react very fast, and tends to try to put his jacket on etc before taking the dog outside, by which time there is a puddle on the carpet . Wherever possible I'm seeing to the dog myself.

Money has been very tight this week and have used my birthday money to get us through. Someone please remind me that I 'owe myself'!! I do it every year and hardly ever get it back.
