Not been on here for ages & im glad to see you're still being an inspiration. Don't beat yourself up about your mood, it's quite understandable why you feel the way you do. In my experience the letters arrive at a weekend so hopefully your worry can be put to bed.

Mummy the film was quite good (all the better for Chris Hemsworth being in it which I hadn't realised! ). Boys all enjoyed it.

Fizzy, you have a very valid point about the letters arriving at the weekend! Maybe it's so you can't ring up while you are angry and might have simmered down by the Monday!!!

Went to my friend's house last night for a girly night as she's getting divorced so we offered wine and support. Was nice to get together wven under the circumstances Xx

Brown envelope arrived in post today, destinctive DWP style. Was slightly concerned at how thin it felt, and opened it to read something along the lines of 'sorry it's taking so long to make a decision, we'll get back to you' :eek::(:mad:.

Robin, friend's DH attacked her infront of the children. I think she's being overly amicable in the circumstances! She's being very brave but we are making sure she knows she doesn't have to be, and we are all here for her.

Took the boys trampolining today. Sat in traffic over an hour to get home due to 3 separate accidents . Take care peeps Xx

Yes Robin, it's all in hand for the girls. The schools were informed as it happened during the last week of term, and teachers have been wonderful. It's early days but lots of friends and family are rallying round.

Was up and out early this morning and got some food shopping in as we were getting desperate. £30 spent and hopefully that will do us for a good few days - can't seem to fill the boys up at the moment! They have asked to make cakes this morning and I've found a packet of cake mix in the cupboard that was best before June. I'm assuming it won't be poisonous?!

Work later so just pottering today. DH has gone to gym with a friend this morning. Hoping he'll be ok as he was very vague yesterday and then very jerky in the night. He insisted he was well enough to go though, so what can you do?!

Friend dropped DH back on one piece!
