Unlike many on the broadband forum I am quite satisfied with tiscali - but about 2weeks ago I was checking my online bill all inclusive call package and noticed mobile call charges were priced all over the place there were 3calls to an o2 number the first 2 were "put u onto voicemail" one charged at 9p same for second call but charged at 1.4p the connected call was for 2mins and charged ar 13p, as I looked at the whole month there were inconsistances all over the place, I phoned the 0870number and the girl put me on hold to check with supervisor eventially told to write in to chalk farm milton keynes as they had no idea!! Still no reply anyone else in this mess??

Dont forget Tiscali charge 3p connection for a chargeable call and round up to the nearest minute.So you could be charged as much as 16p for a short call to voicemail.
As you dont give time of day and exact length of its difficult to comment.

If your line rental is still with BT you would be better off using www.18185.co.uk for your mobile calls.
