I have a regular savings account with First Direct, and need to send them an R85 form, does anyone know if I can just hand this in at a local HSBC?

Their website says:Once completed the R85 form should be returned by post to first direct, 40 Wakefield Road, Stourton, Leeds, LS98 1FD
Have you tried calling their legendary CS? May be they can take your instructions over the phone like some other banks do for R85s.0 -
You have to post it.0

With mine, I sent R85 as per Archies post(2). A few days later I sent a message via internet banking and they replied, so I now have confirmation from them that this has been applied to the account.0
