RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.bigtop40.com/competition-terms-conditions/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Win Tickets To See 5SOS Live’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 11:00 on 16th October 2014 to 19:00 on 30th November 2014 on Big Top 40 (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

Go online to BigTop40.com, answer a question and register their details. Online entry will open at 11:00 on 16th October 2014 and close at 19:00 on 30th November 2014.

1. 1 Winner will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entrants. The winner will be contacted within 7 working days of the closing date.

Eligibility:

1. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 years old or over.

Prize:

1. 1 winner will receive 1 pair of standard tickets to see 5 Seconds of Summer at The O2 Arena (London) on 13th June 2015.
2. Food, travel and accommodation are not included in this prize.
3. Winners and guests are subject to the specific venue’s terms and conditions.
4. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
