Don't know where else to post this.

Has anyone been told when My BT will be back up and running? Every time I go to it it says it's closed for mainenance.

    Would you do me a favour please, and login using your mobile?

    I use my mobile for the internet. I'm just wondering if that has anything to do with it, as for all other pages on their site, I get the desktop view, but on the My BT page it goes to mobile view. Although it shouldn't make any difference.

  • Just tried with my mobile and it appears to be ok. I dont usually login using my mobile so not sure it i am seeing everything.

    It is giving me the total of our last bill, usage since last bill and access to the My Phone and My Broadband menus. So looks ok.

    Hello Paddy. Sorry, I've only just seen your post thanks.

    I subscribed to my thread but no notification emails came.

    As you're online can I ask you something else? My Bt came right in the end, and I was able to set up a whole bill direct debit. It was set up quickly, and said it was successful and I would be getting a confirmation email.

    Next day came, and I hadn't received one, so I spoke to customer services, and was told it hadn't gone through, and to give her my bank details, and she would set another one up.

    I said that it had said it had gone through, and what if still showed up after 24 or more hours? She said no because I didn't get the confirmation email. So, not happy at things going wrong already, I let her set it up.

    Now I'm worried that the first one I did, will go through, and then I'll have 2 direct debits.

  • You won't have two direct debits.

    If you do, the Direct Debit Guarantee with your Bank would ensure that you wouldn't be out-of-pocket.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I don't think that you'll have two direct debits as our system will only allow one per billing account but if you would like us to check over your details and make sure everything is in order use the contact link Paddy mentioned and we'll be happy to help
