Electoral roll showing as red

Just wondering if anyone can explain to me why my electoral roll with Equifax is now showing as red, when I haven't moved?! It says that my time on the electoral roll is 5 yrs when it should be 17 and that my address is unconfirmed at present.
I plan on calling in the morning but just wondered if anyone has any pearls of wisdom or has experienced this themselves.
