thanks coupon-mad; I thought given that this to an appeal body it would be appropriate to say "I as the keeper was not driving" I'll leave it as "I the keeper reside in Shottland"

Well you can safely say you were not driving if that is true, it's just important not to say who was. And say you are surprised this PPC wants to take a keeper who lives in Scotland to POPLA when there is no POFA 2012 and no possibility of 'keeper liability' applicable to you as an individual.

I've copied a previous appeal, shan't bore you with a repeat but added this, what you think?

6: I as the registered am surprised that a PPC is taking the keeper of the vehicle, residing in Scotland as I do to POPLA when there is no POFA 2012 and no possibility of 'keeper liability' applicable to you me as an individual.

As keeper of the vehicle, I also appeal on the grounds that I am resident in Scotland where POFA 2012 does not exist.

(I could add that the keeper-my wife, was on a flight home from foreign lands (cabin crew-was driving down to pick her up) at the time of the alleged offence, is that necessary or do we just maintain the "keeper" stance")

Nothing fundamentally wrong with that ... as long as you proof-read it before adding it.

Doesn't hurt to add proof that the keeper was not the driver ... The keeper was a passenger on flight [number] at the time of the alleged incident hence could not have been the driver. The keeper cannot say who the driver was, and there is no requirement for the keeper to even find this out and advise it anyway.
