Gibraltar - Additional terms and conditions
1. There is one (1) prize of a trip to Gibraltar being offered for two (2) people travelling together, one member of the party must be aged 18 or over.
2. The prize offered includes the following: Return Economy Class flights from an airport of our choice in London to Gibraltar, return airport transfers to the hotel, seven (7) nights staying at the Sunborn Gibraltar Yacht Hotel sharing a twin or double Executive room with daily breakfast, an Afternoon Tea for two at The Rock Hotel, one Dolphin Adventure Tour with the Jolly Boys, Feeding of the Macaques with Eric Shaw on one morning(7am), £1000 spending money and comprehensive travel insurance (excluding pre-existing medical conditions).
3. The prize must be taken before 15th December 2015 but cannot be taken on or between the following dates; 15th December 2014 to 3rd January 2015 and 29th March to 12th April 2015. All travel must be completed within the timeframe stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5.
4. All holiday locations and dates are subject to availability. Travel will be subject to flight and hotel availability at the date of booking the trip.
5. The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

6. Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being unavailable, withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, Cloud Nine will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.
7. Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
8. Passports and Visas are the responsibility and at the cost of the prize winner. Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine can be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fails to obtain the required travel documentation.
9. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.
10. Comprehensive travel insurance is included in the prize; however it does not cover pre-existing medical conditions and has an upper age limit of 79 years. In the event that, upon the prize winner applying for the cover, cover is not granted, the prize winner must seek adequate cover for the travelling party from another insurer. This will be the prize winner’s responsibility and proof of such insurance will be required prior to departure. A cash contribution, equivalent to the cost of the cover declined, will be made directly to the prize winner upon presentation of proof of the requisite cover.
11. The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).
12. Transport between home and the UK departure/arrival point is the responsibility of the prize winner. The prize excludes additional meals and drinks, additional excursions, attractions, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

13. Accommodation and images kindly provided by Sunborn Gibraltar Yacht Hotel.

14. Bookings must be made through Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd (“Cloud Nine”), The Works, 6 West Street, Olney, Bucks, MK46 5HR (ABTA number: L9097)

Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, the prize winner must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes
