New home issues - awful customer care

Please help us, we bought a new build last October from Barratt Homes.
A year down the line we have a multitude of faults which include the new boiler failing after a month, plaster blistering, cracks appearing over the house.
Having tried to contact customer services via e-mail and phone, we finally managed to contact an advisor at the 4th attempt.
They asked us to e-mail in the issues, which we did, 2 pages of A4 split in individual rooms.
They contacted us within 24 hours advising all but 1 issue, a leaking radiator valve, are not covered within any warranty and we must either rectify them at our cost or live with them.

Sorry I don't know about new home guarantees but the boiler should at least be covered by the manufacturers guarantee?Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0

welcome to a barratt david Wilson home, their customer service is very poor.
Boiler call customer service / emergency number they will fix, plaster blistering they have to have so many in each room ( ou referring to the bolts in ceiling? you will also get cracks with a new build due to movement and unless bigger than £1 coin your liable to fix. In regards to the valve ask the site manager . Customer service will lead you up the garden pathDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
